Tracey Koffron, CEO
Tracey is the CEO and driving force behind KCR, a boutique construction firm. Founded on the principle that exceptional field work begins with an organized office, Tracey handles the critical behind-the-scenes work, including financial management, contract negotiation, and operational oversight, ensuring the company remains fiscally strong and competitive.
Beyond the numbers, Tracey is dedicated to cultivating a family-oriented company culture. Recognizing that a construction company is only as strong as its team, she is deeply committed to fostering a supportive environment that retains talent and treats employees like family. Tracey believes that keeping the "family" together—both at home and in the office—is the true foundation of their business success.
Jeff Koffron, COO
Jeff Koffron is the Chief Operating Officer for Koffron Custom Renovations & Property Management, Incorporated. A 35 plus year veteran in the construction field, Jeff and Tracey Koffron founded the company in 1995. Jeff, a Master Carpenter, has extensive background in both commercial and residential construction as well as design, planning and construction for ADA compliant construction projects. Jeff has obtained and maintains an ADA Coordinator Certification through the University of Missouri. This provides extensive training and background in ensuring facilities, sites, and parks are designed and built to the strict standards of the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design. Jeff has provided hands-on oversight for the design and implementation of over $30M in successful ADA compliant projects. Jeff also has a great love of the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Trevor Koffron, President
Trevor Koffron, President of Koffron Custom Renovations, built his career on a strong family foundation and a lifelong dedication to the trades. Growing up, Trevor worked alongside his father, Jeff, where he not only learned the fundamentals of construction but also developed an appreciation for craftsmanship, integrity, and hard work—values that continue to guide him today.
Trevor went on to pursue a Construction Management degree at Kirkwood Community College, sharpening both his technical expertise and leadership skills. He went on to gain extensive experience in commercial construction as a Superintendent, successfully overseeing multiple projects for the University of Iowa and various private companies. These roles allowed him to refine his ability to manage complex builds, coordinate teams, and deliver high-quality results.
Trevor further broadened his skill set as a Project Manager in storm restoration, specializing in roofing, siding, windows, and gutter systems. This experience deepened his understanding of exterior systems and reinforced his commitment to helping homeowners protect and improve their investments.
Today, Trevor brings together his family-rooted passion, formal education, and diverse professional experience as Koffron Custom Renovations’ residential exteriors expert—continuing a legacy of quality while evolving with modern building practices.
